Brief Description:

If none of our standard shaft grounding systems apply to your application, then DP&A Sales and Shaft Grounding Systems, Inc. will work with you to develop a grounding system that is of the same robust industrial quality and maintainability as our standard systems.  Upon final design approval, custom systems are usually available to ship within 1 week.  In over 20 years of providing shaft grounding systems, we have not come across an application where we could not offer a shaft grounding system solution. 

Example Custom Systems:

1. Custom fabricated several shaft grounding systems for Navy crane motors.
2. Custom fabricated a shaft grounding system for a steam turbine generator.  Prior system was not maintanable.  Our system was designed with custom clearences and shaft extensions while maintaining the ability to change a brush while the generator is in operation.  Prior system required the entire enclosure to be removed to gain access to the brush.
3. Provided custom designed shaft grounding systems and tools to allow installation of shaft grounding systems onto fan motors located in duct work at a major pharmceutical company.
4. Provided many different custom fabricated shaft grounding systems to OEM motor manufactures to meet end user design requirements.
